Building Bridges-( Always finding a way over,across and /or past)
If you want to build a bridge don't bring baggage that is too heavy that even if you build the bridge you might not get across it
Ask yourself:
How important is it that I keep this baggage?
How is keeping this baggage impacting my relationships and my life in general?
How if at all is holding on to this baggage holding me back in any way?
What if any are the benefits of letting of the baggage for me and those in my life?
